Karthik Infrastructure is located at 2/4/32, right across from the Lal Bangalow in Ameerpet. If you know the area, you know it’s a landmark that everyone recognizes. Our office is a simple place where we handle all the infrastructure and property things that come our way. Ameerpet is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We don’t use any complicated systems or fancy corporate talk. We just listen to what people are looking for and see what we can find. It’s a lot of local knowledge that keeps us going. Most of the time, we are out looking at sites or sitting at the desk going over plans. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s interesting to see new buildings go up while the old ones stay the same. We just provide a practical hand to people who are trying to navigate the real estate market here. It’s not always easy, but we try to be honest about what’s available. Sometimes we just sit and talk about the old days in Ameerpet with the people who stop by. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who know the streets and the buildings well enough to help out when someone needs advice on where to buy. It's just what we do every day without making a big fuss about it.
