Owaisi Hospital

We are located on Road 12 in the MLA Colony, right in the Banjara Hills area. Owaisi Hospital is a busy place, especially given where we are situated. There are always cars and people moving around outside on the colony road. Inside, it’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different wards and the entrance. We have a lot of beds and many different departments, but it still feels like a local place where people know the staff. It’s not one of those shiny, brand-new hospitals with glass walls everywhere. It’s a practical building that has seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our shifts checking on patients, updating charts, and making sure the equipment is working like it should. Sometimes the hallways get crowded with families, and it can be a bit loud. We don't have a script for how we talk to people; we just say what needs to be said. The staff works hard, and we see all kinds of cases every single day. Banjara Hills is a high-profile area, but inside the hospital, everyone is treated the same. We have a canteen that smells like tea and a reception area that is always buzzing. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this running, but we just take it one hour at a time. It’s a real hospital for real people in the middle of the city. We keep the doors open all the time.
