Opulant Pharmaceuticals Private Limited operates out of Level 3 at Nsl Centrum. This is part of the Serene Estate Pvt Ltd setup in Kphb Colony, near the Forum Mall. It’s a pretty well-known landmark, so people don’t usually get lost looking for us. Being on the third level of a large building like Nsl Centrum means we have a lot of neighbors in different industries. Our space is dedicated to the pharmaceutical side of things. We have people handling the logistics, some doing the accounting, and others making sure the regulations are met. It’s a professional environment but we don't act like a big corporate machine. We’re just a bunch of folks working hard in Kphb. The mall being so close means traffic can be a bit of a headache during the evenings, but we’re used to it. The office itself is set up with everything we need to run the business properly. We don’t have a lot of time for extra talk, as there is always a shipment to track or a contract to review. Phase I & II of this area is always buzzing with activity. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a good location for a pharma business because of all the connections in the city. We’ve been here for a bit and know the ins and outs of the building. It is a solid place for us to be based out of.
