Operation Based

Our office is called Operation Based, and we are situated in the Islam area of Hyderabad. It’s a part of the city that always feels very alive, with people constantly walking by and small shops on every corner. The office itself is actually quite modest. We don’t have a big glass front or a fancy lobby with a receptionist and a fountain. It’s just a few simple rooms where we sit and handle our daily work operations. The floors are a bit worn down from years of people walking in and out, and the furniture is the kind of stuff you’d find in any regular local business. We spend most of our time managing various tasks, usually on the computer or over the phone. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure that things are moving along as they should be. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several different things happen all at once, but we usually manage to sort it out without too much trouble. We don’t have any kind of dress code, so you will usually see us in casual clothes most of the week. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often find ourselves watching the world go by when we’re stopping to think. We don’t really have a big story to tell about ourselves. We just started working here and we’ve kept going because the work needs doing. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
