We are over in Vidyanagar, tucked away in CE Colony at 2-2-647/234/1. It is a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the street numbers in this part of Hyderabad. The building isn't very old, but it has that lived-in feel already from all the people coming in and out at different hours. Since we do BPO work, the lights are usually on and there is always some noise from the headsets and keyboards. We have a few rows of desks and some basic chairs that have seen better days. It is a busy environment, especially in the afternoons when the shift changes happen. We don't have a cafeteria or anything, so most of us just head out to the local tea shops when we need a break from the screens. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to be too loud when people are leaving late at night. It is a simple operation really. We take the calls, process the data, and try to keep the clients happy so we can keep the doors open. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or leather sofas in the lobby. We just have what we need to get through the shift. If you are looking for the office, just look for the row of bikes parked outside the gate. That's usually where everyone leaves their stuff before heading upstairs to work.
