Oj Associates

Oj Associates. We are based in the Arif Manzil Building, which is Door No. 9-2-410/D/16/1. This is in Baghdad Colony, Langar House. We are right near the Langer House Dargha, which is a major point for people in 500008. The colony is a bit tucked away in Co. Bagh, but it has a nice community feel. Our office is just a regular room where we do our associate work. We don't have any corporate branding or high-end marketing stuff. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files piled up. We’ve been here in Baghdad Colony for quite some time now. Some days are very busy with people coming in and out, and other days are quiet enough to hear the activity from the darga nearby. We just take each day as it comes. We aren't a massive company, just a small local team trying to do right by whoever walks in. It gets a bit crowded in the office when we have several meetings at once, but we manage somehow. The building is older, but it has character and keeps the sun out. We like being part of the Langar House area. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We just do our work, keep our records in order, and try to be helpful to the folks around here. It’s a simple life and a simple office, and that suits us just fine. We are usually here from morning till evening.
