Our office is in the Tulip Centre, up on the second floor. The door number is 108, though some old records still show it as 8 1/I. It’s a bit of a confusing address for delivery guys sometimes. We handle advertising work here. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we sit and think of ideas. We have some posters on the walls and a lot of old magazines piled up for inspiration. The building itself is okay, nothing special, but it’s in a decent location for us. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at monitors. It can get pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused. We don’t go in for big meetings or corporate talk. We just figure out what needs to be done and do it. There is a small balcony where we go sometimes to get some air. The light in the office is actually quite good in the mornings. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the quirks of the building. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we just walk up the two floors. It’s a practical space for a small team like ours. We don’t have a flashy sign or a big front desk. We just have our desks, our laptops, and enough coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. It’s a simple way to work, and it suits us just fine. We just focus on the creative stuff.
