It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of life going on at all hours. We’ve got the school set up here to serve the local families. The building has seen many seasons, and it feels like a part of the community now. We start the day early because the Hyderabad heat can be a bit much by the afternoon. The kids come in through the main entrance and the teachers are usually already there, getting things ready. It’s not a corporate office, it’s a school with real noise and real kids. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. It’s a very normal way to run a school. People know us by name around here, and we know the parents too.
