We are located at Plot 139 in Amla Colony, which is just off Road Number 12 in Banjara Hills. Being in this part of Hyderabad means things are always moving fast outside our gates. Our building is a bit older, and the stairs creak when you walk up them. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. Most of what we have is just practical stuff like heavy-duty shelving and a few sturdy desks. We spend a good chunk of our day checking on the food batches we are working on. It’s a lot of manual labor, and we often go home with tired arms and dusty clothes. There is no big marketing team here coming up with slogans. We just focus on the actual food. Sometimes we sit out on the small balcony to take a break when the weather isn't too punishing. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses and some residents who have been here for decades. We like the feel of the colony. It isn't as loud as the main road. We’ve had to deal with the usual problems like water issues or the internet going out at the worst time. We just fix it and keep moving. We are a small group of people who just want to do a decent job and provide something useful. It’s not always a smooth process, but we are here every morning ready to start again.
