You can find us over in Afzal Nagar, Malakpet. The address is 16-11-16/A/78. It’s a residential-looking area but there’s a lot of work happening behind these doors. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the time, we’re out on calls or busy fixing things at the bench. The space is filled with tools and spare parts. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a corporate office. It’s more of a workshop feel. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. The traffic in Malakpet can be a bit much, so we try to get an early start. Sometimes it gets dusty inside because of the road work nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning off the equipment. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Word of mouth has always been how people find out about us. We just focus on the service part of the name. If something is broken, we try our best to get it working again. It’s a lot of hands-on labor. The afternoons are usually the busiest when everyone wants their stuff back. We just take it one job at a time. It’s a simple life here in Afzal Nagar, and we’re happy to be part of the local community.
