We are over at Khanij Bhavan on Castle Hills. If you know Masab Tank, you know how the traffic can be around here during the day. Our address is 10-3-311/A. Being the Nmdc Csr Foundation means we handle a lot of the social work projects for the company. It’s a lot of responsibility but we just take it one day at a time. The office is usually full of maps, project reports, and people coming in for meetings. We spend a lot of our time traveling to different sites to see how things are going on the ground. It’s not just sitting behind a desk in Hyderabad all the time. Sometimes we are out in rural areas, and other times we are here in Telangana coordinating with different government departments. It’s practical work. We look at what people actually need, like clean water or better schools, and then we try to make it happen through the foundation's resources. There’s no fancy language for it here. It’s just about getting things built or fixed up. The building here, Khanij Bhavan, is pretty well known in the area. We have a daily routine. Mornings are for meetings and afternoons are for follow-ups and paperwork. It’s a busy life but it feels useful at the end of the day. We don't have a flashy setup. It's just an office where real work gets done. People here care about the results more than the appearance and that's how we operate.
