Nh7 Coffee & Tea

If you’re driving down NH-7, you’ll find us right near the Sakshi Printing Press. It’s a busy road, always cars and lorries zooming past at all hours. We set up Nh7 Coffee & Tea because we saw so many people looking for a decent cup while they were traveling long distances. It isn't a huge place, just enough room to get the water boiling and keep the supplies organized on the shelves. We spend most of our time out front or in the small kitchen area in the back. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here. We get all sorts of people stopping by—truck drivers who’ve been on the road for twelve hours, families going on holiday, and the guys from the printing press next door. We don't have a big menu or any of those fancy drinks. We just stick to what we know, which is coffee and tea. It's nothing fancy, just hot and ready when you need a break. Some days the rain comes down so hard we can barely see the highway, but we stay open anyway for the travelers. We’ve got a few chairs out front, though most people just grab their drink and keep moving. It’s a basic life, but we like being right here on the main road. It feels like we’re part of everything that’s passing through.
