You can find Nexsol Energy Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 21 in Pt Colony, over in Thirumalagiri. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood for the most part. The office is in a building that looks like a house from the outside. We have some solar panels and battery stuff sitting around the yard and in the entrance. It’s not a very formal place. We usually just wear casual clothes and spend our time looking at blueprints or talking to customers on the phone. We’ve been in Thirumalagiri for a few years now. It’s a good spot because it’s not too far from the main road, but it’s still out of the worst of the traffic. We have a small team here, maybe five or six people on a busy day. We don’t have a big corporate structure. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. We got into the energy business because it seemed like a good idea at the time, and we’ve just stuck with it. It’s a lot of technical work and manual labor sometimes. The office is a bit messy with wires and tools, but we like it that way. It feels like we are actually building things. We don't have a big sign, so you have to look for the house number. It's just a simple operation where we try to stay busy and helpful. The dog next door barks a lot but we don't mind.
