Bala Nagar is where you’ll find Uma Energy Solutions. We’ve been set up here for a while, dealing with all the bits and pieces that go into energy systems. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don’t have a massive sign or a glass front, just a door and some space where we keep our tools and equipment. The day usually starts with a bit of a mess as we get things ready for whatever job is on the schedule. Since we’re in Bala Nagar, we get a lot of locals stopping by just to ask a quick question or see if we can help with something small. We spend a lot of time out and about, but this is where we come back to sort out the inventory and figure out the next steps. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, and the shelves are always full of parts that we might need later. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable group of people who know their way around an electrical circuit or a solar setup. Sometimes things go wrong, or a part doesn’t arrive on time, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just part of the job. We like it here because it feels like home, and we know the people around us. There’s no big corporate hierarchy; we just talk to each other and get the work done as best as we can.
