Neosol Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located in Flat No. 201 of J.B. Residency, which is Plot No. 153 in Maruti Nagar. We are near the ECIL post. Since we are in a residential building, it feels more like a home than a strict office. We have computers set up in what would normally be the living room and bedrooms. There are wires running along the walls and a few whiteboards covered in scribbles. We do software work and tech support from here. It’s a quiet place, away from the main road noise. We don't have a lobby or a sign on the building. You just come up to the second floor and knock. We are a small team and we don't follow a strict corporate dress code. Most of us are just in t-shirts and jeans. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and drinking coffee. Sometimes we take a break on the balcony to watch the traffic in Maruti Nagar. It’s a simple setup and it suits the way we work. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just write code and try to solve the problems our clients have. We’ve been in this flat for a few years and it’s become a comfortable place for us. It’s not a high-rise office with glass walls, but it’s where we get all our work done every day without distractions.
