Neon Line

Neon Line has been around Osmanpura for a good bit now. Our place is at 16-7-706/4, right in the Chaderghat area. It’s a busy spot and we usually have stuff piled up near the door. We spend most of our time working with glass tubes and gas, trying to get the colors just right. It’s not fancy work, mostly just bending tubes and hoping they don’t crack. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit. People from all over Chaderghat come in asking if we can fix old signs or make new ones for their shops. The floor is usually covered in little bits of wire and glass. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a phone that rings more than it should. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get backed up. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a small shop where we do things by hand. The neighborhood is loud, lots of traffic outside on the road, but we stay busy inside. We try to get things done when we say we will, but sometimes the materials take a few days to arrive. That’s just how it goes here in Osmanpura. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years. It’s decent work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days of the week.
