You can find us in Madinaguda, specifically in the Subham Matrix building at Flat No. 203. This is in the Miyapur area of Hyderabad, which is always growing and changing. Our office is a flat that we converted into a working space. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which we kind of like. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air. We handle consultancy work, so there are always people coming in for meetings or interviews. The chairs aren't the most ergonomic, but they get the job done. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. The commute to Miyapur can be a bit of a pain because of the metro construction and the general traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us doing the work and answering the phones. Sometimes the doorbell rings constantly and other times it is dead silent for hours. We keep our files in those big plastic folders that are stacked up on the shelves. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when we are busy with a lot of clients at once. We don't use fancy jargon; we just talk to people plainly about what they need. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
