We’ve been here at Ravichandra Apartments in Karthikeya Nagar for a while now. Most people know the spot in Nacharam, it’s a pretty busy part of Hyderabad-76. The office is in suite 402. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. We just come in every morning, get the coffee started, and get to work handling the collateral stuff. Sometimes the lift acts up, so you might have to take the stairs if you're visiting us. It’s mostly paperwork and managing things for clients who need their assets looked after. The neighborhood is full of families and small shops, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. Not like those high-rise corporate parks where you never see the sun. We know the security guard by name and usually grab lunch from the place around the corner. If you are looking for 402, just head up to the fourth floor. We don't do much advertising because most people find us through word of mouth or they’ve been coming here for years. It’s a steady job. We keep the files organized and make sure the numbers add up. That is pretty much it. We are just a group of people working out of a flat converted into an office, trying to stay on top of the daily grind in Hyderabad. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We just focus on the task at hand.
