If you come to Ranigunj 'X' Roads, you'll see how crazy the traffic can be. Our office, Nagendra Agencies, is on the 2nd floor of Ganesh Chambers. You have to walk up some narrow stairs to get to us. It’s an old building, so the steps are a bit worn down. Once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street, but you can still hear the buses honking. We mostly deal with distribution and handling different agencies. It's a lot of back-and-forth. The walls are covered in charts and notes we’ve taped up over the years. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. It’s not the best coffee, but it gets the job done. The afternoons are usually the busiest when all the orders come in at once. We don't have some big mission statement. We just try to make sure everyone gets their stuff on time. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit around complaining for a bit. It’s a small team, maybe five or six of us depending on the day. We’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. It’s a practical kind of place. We have been doing this for a while and we know how the business goes.
