Steel Makers

Steel Makers is situated over at A-21 and 22 in the IDA Nacharam area of Hyderabad. Being in an Industrial Development Area means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops. The sound of metal hitting metal and the roar of heavy engines is pretty much the background music to our lives here. Our facility is spread across two units, so we have enough room to move things around, though it still feels crowded when we have a lot of materials coming in. The Hyderabad heat can be pretty brutal in the middle of the day, especially under a tin roof, so we drink a lot of water and try to keep moving. We don't have any polished floors or fancy meeting rooms. The office is just a small partitioned area where we keep the books and the computer. Most of our time is spent out where the work actually happens. The roads in Nacharam can be a bit of a mess with all the heavy trucks, so getting things in and out requires some patience. We’ve been here for a long time and we know the quirks of the place. It’s a no-nonsense environment where the work comes first. We aren't interested in looking corporate or professional in a fake way. We just want to make sure the steel is handled right and the job is finished.
