Mozat Morange

Mozat Morange is run by Karnati Rajesh. He is the son of K. Babji Kumar, and we operate right out of the family house. The address is H. No: 4-6-7 in G. R. Basti, which is part of Kothagudem in the Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. Since we work from home, it is a very informal environment. You won't find any receptionists or glass doors here. Usually, someone is around the house if a visitor drops by. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time, so everyone knows the family and where we stay. The work we do at Mozat Morange varies from day to day depending on what is needed. We have a small desk set up with a computer and some papers scattered around. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The weather in Kothagudem can get extremely hot, so we usually try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us helping Rajesh out when things get busy. It is a very grounded way to run a business. We don't bother with corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful to the people who come to us. It is just a simple, local setup in a regular basti, and that suits us just fine.
