Molla Shiva Foundation

Our office is in Flat No 203 on the second floor of Mjr Magnific, which is over in Survey No 75 & 76. It’s a big complex, so it took us a while to get used to the layout when we first moved in. The Molla Shiva Foundation operates out of this space, and it’s mostly just a few rooms with some basic furniture. We share the building with the owners association, so there’s always someone around talking about maintenance or parking spots. It feels very grounded in the local community. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just us and our computers. The air conditioning in our unit is a bit loud, but it keeps the place cool during the summer, so we don’t complain. We spend our days mostly answering emails and keeping track of our records. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like a huge corporation. We are just people who needed a place to work and found this spot. Sometimes we bring in lunch and eat together at the big table in the middle. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just steady work and trying to stay on top of our various tasks without making too much of a fuss. We like the stability of having a regular office.
