Pharma Soft Sol

We’re over in Miyapur, right on the main road. Our office is actually inside Sai Ranga Bhaskar Residency, in Flat 101. It’s convenient because KS Bakers is right next door. You can usually smell the fresh bread and cakes in the morning when we’re walking in. Being in a residential building means it feels a bit different than a standard office block. It’s a bit more relaxed. We have our desks set up in the different rooms of the flat. It works for Pharma Soft Sol because we don't need a massive warehouse or anything. The traffic on the main road can get quite loud, especially during the evening rush, but we’ve grown used to it. Sometimes we have to tell people to look for the bakery instead of the building name because it’s a better landmark. The residency is a decent place to work from. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s not a polished corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just a flat where we do our work. We see the neighbors coming and going, which makes it feel like we’re part of the local community here. It’s simple and it serves our needs. Most days are just about staying focused on the screens and getting things done before heading home. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air. It’s just a normal workplace.
