Mithranjali Foundation

We are located at 1-4-213/7/P on the 1st floor of Laxmi Enclave in Sainikpuri. It’s a part of the Medchal Malkajgiri district. Mithranjali Foundation is basically just us working out of this space. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We’ve been here for a while now. Sainikpuri is a nice area, quite green compared to other parts of the city. Our office is pretty simple. We have some old furniture and a printer that acts up sometimes. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. We don’t have a lot of funding or a big board of directors. It’s mostly just us figuring things out day by day. We talk to people in the neighborhood and try to see where we can be useful. Sometimes that means organizing something small, other times it’s just giving someone a bit of advice. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to do right by the people around us. Laxmi Enclave is usually quiet, which we like. It lets us focus on what we’re doing. We don't have any polished slogans. We just show up, open the door, and start working on whatever needs attention. It's a bit of a messy process sometimes, but it's real. We're just glad to be here in Sainikpuri doing this. Often we stay until the sun goes down and then some.
