Midfield Steels P.L.

You can find us at Plot No. 6 in the Phase IV Extension of IDA Jeedimetla. It is a big industrial area, so there are trucks moving in and out all the time. Midfield Steels P.L. is basically just a big shed with some office space carved out in one corner. It is hot in the summer, especially with all the steel around, but we have a few fans going to keep us cool. We spend our time managing inventory and loading up deliveries. Jeedimetla is a long way for some people, but it is where the work is. We do not have a lot of signage out front, just enough so the drivers do not get lost. The floor is concrete and usually has some scrap lying around. We have been at Plot No. 6 for a good while. The team is small, mostly guys who have been with us since we started. We do not do fancy meetings or presentations. We just look at the orders and see what needs to go out next. Sometimes the rain makes a lot of noise on the tin roof, and we have to shout a bit to be heard. It is a straightforward life here. We deal with steel and we do not make a big fuss about it. There is a small shop down the road where we get our snacks. That is about it for our daily routine. (247 words)
