Metal Builders

Metal Builders is located at Plot No 7 in the C. I. E. E. area of Gandhinagar, Balanagar. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of welding or cutting metal nearby. We work with steel and iron mostly. If someone needs a frame built or some gates made for their house, they come talk to us. The workshop is big and open so the air moves through, but it still gets very hot when the sun is hitting the metal roof in the afternoon. We have a few machines for bending and cutting, and there’s usually scrap metal piled up in the corner waiting to be cleared. We don’t really do fancy designs, just solid work that stays put for years. Most of our tools are old but they still work fine for what we need to do on a daily basis. My crew has been with me for a few years, and they know the routine well. We start early before it gets too hot and try to finish the heavy lifting by the afternoon. It’s messy work, your hands are always black with grease or soot, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a big office, just a small corner with a table and some chairs where we talk to customers about their projects and prices. It’s a practical business and we just focus on getting the orders finished on time for everyone.
