Melisma Innovations Llp is run out of the Emami Swanlake Apartments in the Kukatpally area. We are based in Tower 2, specifically in flat 1013 on the tenth floor. Since it is a large residential complex, our office feels a bit different from the usual commercial buildings in Hyderabad. Working from Sangeetha Nagar gives our team a neighborhood feel, even while we are busy with innovation projects. The view from our balcony is actually quite nice when we need to step away from the computer screens for a minute. We have a small, functional setup here where we spend most of our working hours. Kukatpally is always a hectic place with lots of people, but inside the apartment gates, things are much calmer. We handle a variety of projects, mostly involving a few of us sitting around with our laptops. You won't find any fancy titles or big boardrooms here. It is a very direct way of working. Most of our neighbors probably have no idea that we are running a business from our flat. We prefer it that way because it lets us stay focused on what needs to be done. Sometimes we head down to the common areas just to clear our heads. It’s a decent place to be located. Things can get a little messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but that is just how we operate.
