You can find us at M. Sreekanth Maheshuni Nilayam, which is House Number 10-139/A in PVN Colony. We are located in Malkajgiri, over in the Secunderabad side of things. It is very much a neighborhood office, situated in a residential building. We do placement work, which means we spend our days looking at job openings and talking to people who need work. It is a small operation, mostly run out of a couple of rooms that we have turned into an office space. There are files everywhere because we still like having physical copies of things sometimes. It gets a bit hot in the summers, so the fans are always going full blast. We don't have a corporate HR department or a marketing team. It is just us answering the phone and trying to match the right person with the right company. People often drop by without an appointment just to leave their CVs, and we try to talk to them if we aren't too busy. The colony is quiet for the most part, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. It is a practical place. We don't use big words or make huge promises. We just look at what a person can do and see if there is a spot for them somewhere. It is a very human way of doing business, right from our own house. We just want to help people get started in their careers.
