You can find Matrix Fire & Security Systems at Dr.No.7-3-446 in the New Mallepally area. It’s an older building, and our shop has that lived-in feel to it. We deal with a lot of heavy equipment like extinguishers and sensors, so the place is usually full of boxes and metal parts. It’s not a polished environment by any means. There’s dust on the high shelves and the floor gets scuffed from moving heavy stuff around. New Mallepally is a busy part of town, so there’s always the sound of scooters and people talking outside the door. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood has its own rhythm. We don't do much in terms of decoration. The walls are mostly covered with charts or just left plain. Most of our day is spent checking inventory or taking calls from people who need something installed or checked. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we get a large shipment in and there’s nowhere to walk, but we sort it out eventually. We aren't a huge company with fancy offices. It’s just a local operation where we handle everything ourselves. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us at the back table working on a control panel or filling out some paperwork by hand. It’s just how we run things here.
