Matrix Business Services Pvt Ltd is situated at H.No 18-1/5 in Venkatapuram, Alwal. This part of Secunderabad feels a bit more like a suburb than the city center. The house number 18-1/5 is part of a row of similar looking structures. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the building has become very familiar to us, from the squeak in the front door to the way the light hits the back room in the late afternoon. Alwal is a nice area, though it’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of town. The commute involves some narrow roads that can get clogged with buses and autos. Our office is functional, with some basic furniture and the usual equipment needed to keep things running. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up when someone walks in. We spend a lot of time on our computers, and the sound of typing is the main thing you hear during the day. Sometimes we have meetings around the main table, which is usually cluttered with papers and tea mugs. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it gets quiet during the day when everyone is at school or work. We like that it isn't too chaotic. It’s just a regular house where we do our business every day without much fuss.
