Our office is located near Masab Tank, over in Vijaynagar Colony near Mehdipatnam. It’s a central spot which helps us get around to different sites pretty quickly. We’ve been providing security services for a while now, mostly hiring and training guards for local buildings and shops. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary for the neighborhood. Most of our time is spent on the phone or interviewing people to make sure they’re the right fit for the posts we have. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything. People come in and out all day, either looking for work or checking in on their schedules. It can get a bit loud and crowded in the mornings when the shifts are changing over. We try to keep things organized, but in this business, there’s always something unexpected popping up that we have to deal with right away. Mehdipatnam is a busy area, so there’s never a dull moment outside our doors. We just focus on making sure the people we send out know what they’re doing and show up on time. It’s straightforward work that relies on people being reliable. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by staying consistent and showing up every day to handle the logistics. It isn't perfect, but we do our best to keep things running smoothly.
