Manipal Goa Hospital

Manipal Goa Hospital is located on Street Number 2, near the S.S.D Boys Hostel. It is a bit of a unique spot because of the hostel being right there, so you see a lot of students walking by at all hours. The hospital building stands out on the street with its plain exterior. Inside, the atmosphere is a mix of quiet hallways and the sudden rush of people moving to different departments. We have the usual setup you would expect in a medical building, with linoleum floors and fluorescent lights that buzz slightly if you listen closely. The staff here works in shifts, so there is always someone coming or going, carrying a bag or a cup of tea. It feels very much like a community hub in this part of Goa. We have benches outside where people sit when they need some fresh air away from the wards. The rooms are basic but they are kept clean. There is a sense of routine that keeps everything moving, from the laundry being delivered to the meals being prepped. It is not a place with a lot of luxury, but it is functional and serves the people who live in the surrounding neighborhood. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a building near the hostel, taking care of whoever walks through the front doors throughout the day and night.
