Our place, Manidhari Stainless Wire, is located in the Jeedimetla industrial area, specifically at Plot No. 137 and 138 in Phase-V. It is a busy part of the I.D.A. with trucks moving in and out all day long. We deal mostly with stainless wire, and the factory floor is always full of big heavy coils and spools. It can get quite loud inside when the machines are running, so we have to speak up to hear each other. The air feels a bit metallic sometimes, which is normal for this kind of work. We have been in this spot for a while now and have seen the industrial area grow around us. The office is just a small partitioned space off to the side where we keep the paperwork and handle the orders. It isn't anything impressive to look at, but it functions well enough for what we need. Our workers are mostly local guys who know the rhythm of the machines and how to handle the wire without getting hurt. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot, though it still gets pretty warm inside the shed by noon. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements because the people who need our wire usually find us through the industrial directory or by driving through Phase-V. We just focus on keeping the production moving and making sure the loads are ready for pickup when the transport arrives.
