We are based at Plot No-38 in Sunder Nagar Colony, which is in the Erragadda area. Manaksia is the name on our gate. It’s a decent-sized plot and we’ve made ourselves at home here. Erragadda can be quite a lively place, so being in Sunder Nagar Colony gives us a bit of a base. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials. We aren't that kind of company. We just do our work and keep things moving. Most of us have been with the company for a long time. We know the routines. We aren't trying to sound like some high-level executives. We’re just regular folks who work at Plot No-38. The office has some old furniture and plenty of files. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a schedule. We try to be helpful when people come by. It’s not a complicated setup. We value being straightforward. If you ask us a question, we’ll give you a plain answer. No corporate jargon. Manaksia has been around and we plan to stay around. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be done each day. Life in Erragadda keeps us busy enough. We don't need much more than a good day of work to feel satisfied. That’s just how we operate. We are just here doing our bit every single day without any fancy talk.
