Manaksia Limited

We are Manaksia Limited and our office is at House No. 12 in the B.K. Guda section of Udaya Nagar Colony. We are located in S.R. Nagar, Hyderabad, with the pin code 500038. This is a Ligh-1 house, so it is a fairly standard residential building. We have turned it into our workspace. It’s a good setup because it’s right in the middle of a real neighborhood. You won't find any shiny logos or big glass doors here. It is just a regular house where we go to work every morning. We have our files, our computers, and our chairs, and that is about it. Udaya Nagar Colony is a decent place to be based. It has a nice community feel that you just don't get in a big commercial district. We handle all our business matters from here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we manage to keep it all organized. Most people in the area probably just think it's another house, which is fine by us. We prefer keeping a low profile. S.R. Nagar is convenient for getting to other parts of Hyderabad when we need to. We have been here for a bit and it feels right. It’s just a simple, practical way for us to operate. No big corporate mission, just daily work in a regular house that keeps us going.
