Mana Edible Oils Private Limited is tucked away in Block 7 of Sri Dakshina Kailasa Nagar. Finding the house number 7-163/258/2 can be a little tricky if you are not from around here, but the locals usually point you in the right direction. It is a quiet residential area mostly, so the sound of our oil business starting up in the morning is a regular part of the neighborhood noise now. We keep things pretty simple inside. There are just some basic offices and a lot of paperwork to stay on top of. The space is a bit cramped because of all the files, but we make it work. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it is cooler in the evening to talk about the day's work. The weather in Hyderabad is usually dry, which helps with storage, but the summer months make the office feel like an oven since the cooling is not great. We do not have any big logos on the wall or marketing posters. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers on the phone and checking that the trucks are on time. It is just a small local operation where everyone knows each other’s name. We have stayed in this same block for a long time and have no plans to move. It’s just how we run things here every day of the week.
