Mamatha Hospital

You can find us at Plot No-27 right on the Kphb Main Road in Kukatpally. This hospital is right in the middle of all the action in the city. The traffic on the main road is almost never quiet, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background while we work. We have been operating out of this Kukatpally location for a long time. The building has several floors. We try to keep the different departments organized as best as we can. My desk is usually covered in patient files and various notes from the doctors. We see a lot of people who work in the nearby offices or live in the apartment blocks around Kphb. It is a fast-paced environment. So many people are always coming and going. Sometimes the elevator acts up. Then we have to use the stairs, which is quite a workout by the end of the day. The pharmacy downstairs is always busy, and you can see people waiting for their prescriptions at all hours. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. We just handle whatever comes through the door. Whether it is an emergency or a routine follow-up, we just get on with it. The nights can be long, but there is a certain peace when the main road finally starts to quiet down after midnight. It is just a lot of practical work and making sure the patients are taken care of before they head back out.
