Mallick'S Kitchen Llp

We operate Mallick'S Kitchen Llp out of B Block in the Madhu Park Ridge Apartments. It is over in Bandlaguda Jagir, near the Ib Lines post office. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the city center, which is nice for us. We are not a restaurant where you sit down and eat. It is more of a professional kitchen setup where we get things ready. We spend a lot of time over the stove or prepping ingredients on the counters. The apartment complex is fairly big, so we are just one small part of it. We started this because we knew how to cook and wanted to make a business out of it. It is not always easy. Some days are long, especially when there are a lot of orders to fill. We do not have a fancy logo or a big team of people. It is just us working with what we have. We try to keep the noise down so we do not bother the neighbors in the other blocks. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to it over time. We just focus on the food and making sure it tastes like it is supposed to. There is no big secret to what we do. We just use the ingredients we get and follow the recipes we have always used. It is a simple life, really. We like being tucked away in Bandlaguda Jagir.
