We operate out of 71/A in the Ida area of Mallapur. It’s mostly a lot of lab equipment and shelves filled with plastic containers. The air always has a bit of a strange chemical smell, which you get used to after a few minutes of being inside. We spend our days measuring things out carefully and checking the labels on every bottle. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it has to be done right every time. We wear lab coats and blue gloves most of the time, so it feels a bit different than a regular office job. The facility isn't huge, but we make use of every inch of space we have for storage. There’s a small break room where we have tea and talk about the day's production schedule. Mallapur is an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks outside. We deal with a lot of paperwork because everything we do has to be logged down in the books properly. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it keeps us busy from morning until late afternoon. Sometimes we have to wait for shipments of ingredients to arrive before we can start on a new batch of products. We don't have a big marketing team. We just focus on the production side of things. It’s a small team here, and we all know our specific roles.
