Makins Agro Products Ltd.

We’ve been running Makins Agro Products Ltd from our spot at Plot No. 30 in the Gandhi Nagar Industrial Area for a good while now. If you know the Bal Nagar or Kukatpally side of town, you know it stays pretty busy with all the industrial units around here. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with the trucks coming in and out of the IDA all day, but it’s where we get things done. Most of us here have been with the company since we were much younger. We handle a lot of different agro products, mostly just making sure things move from point A to point B without too much trouble. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just desks and a lot of paperwork piled up, but it works for us. Usually, the day starts early because that’s when the logistics side of things picks up. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something to keep us occupied, whether it’s checking on stock or talking to the guys at the warehouse. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just local folks doing our jobs in the industrial belt. The neighbors around Gandhi Nagar are mostly other manufacturing or supply businesses, so we all kind of know each other. It gets dusty and hot in the summer, but that’s just how it is in this part of Hyderabad. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work.
