Suman Metal Industry

Down in Mailardevpally, you will find Suman Metal Industry at 8/13/8/47/4, 193/b P. It is a bit of a long address to write out on envelopes, we know. The shop is mostly full of metal bits and pieces because that is what we handle all day long. It gets very loud in here when the work is going at full speed, but you get used to it after a while. We have some old fans that squeak a bit, but they keep the air moving during the summer. My father started this business, and now we just keep it going as best as we can every day. We aren't big on decorations; the walls are mostly covered in old calendars and some charts we need for measurements. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings or dust, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. It is just the nature of the industry. We get people coming in from the local area mostly. Sometimes someone from further away finds us, but usually, it is just the regulars we see every week. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know where the shop is. We have a small space in the corner for tea and snacks. When it rains, the sound on the tin roof is so loud we can barely hear the phone ring. Those are the days we just focus on the manual work and stay dry. We’ve been here a long time now.
