Mahaveer Hospital

Mahaveer Hospital is located at H.No. 2 - 9 - 175, and we are right beside the Shiva Temple. You can actually hear the temple bells ringing throughout the day, which is a nice sound to have in the background. It’s a busy place because we have people coming in and out constantly. The hallway is a bit narrow, so we have to move quickly to get past each other. We’ve got beds set up in different rooms and a small area for the staff to sit when things quiet down. It’s an old building, but we keep it as clean as possible. There’s always a lot of activity near the entrance. Family members wait outside or sit on the benches near the temple wall. We spend a lot of our time checking charts and making sure the patients have what they need. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes the shifts feel very long. We deal with all sorts of things, from small scrapes to people who need to stay overnight. Being next to the temple means there’s a lot of foot traffic, and sometimes people wander in just to ask for directions. We don’t mind. It’s just part of being in this location. The water cooler is usually the most popular spot in the building. We just keep going, day after day, trying to handle whatever comes our way.
