Mahalaxmi Steels Pvt Ltd

Our place is located at 1-28-96 in the Langer House area. It's a bit of an old building, but it serves its purpose for Mahalaxmi Steels Pvt Ltd. There's almost always the sound of metal clanging around here. It can get pretty noisy when we are unloading a new shipment from the big trucks. Most of the guys have been working with us for many years, so we all know the daily routine. It’s not a polished environment, just a lot of steel beams and stacks of metal plates everywhere. We spend most of our time dealing with the local contractors who need materials for their jobs. The floor is usually covered in some kind of grit or iron dust. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where we keep the records. It's often a bit messy with papers, but I know where everything is. Langer House is a busy spot, and we fit right in with the other shops. We don’t bother with much decoration. The walls are plain, and the big gate needs a bit of oil now and then, but it works fine. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time backing in because the space on the street is quite tight. We just make it work. It’s a lot of physical labor, and the summer months are definitely the hardest with the heat reflecting off all the metal. We just drink a lot of water and keep moving. That's how it goes every day at the warehouse.
