Trends Coffee

We’re right in the middle of all the noise in Madhapur Hi Tech City, near that big Hitech Arch and the road leading to the Novotel. It’s a crazy busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to their office jobs. We started the shop because we wanted a place where the coffee was just normal and good without all the fancy talk. The space is a bit small, so it gets crowded quickly, but people don't seem to mind standing while they wait. We get a lot of sunlight through the front window in the afternoon. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can’t hear the grinder, but that’s just part of being in this part of Hyderabad. Our staff is mostly local students or people living nearby who needed a job. We don’t have a massive menu, just the things we know how to make well. It’s a lot of repeat customers who we know by name now. The Hitech Arch is a good landmark, so people find us pretty easily even with all the other shops around. We spend a lot of time cleaning up the tables and making sure the beans are fresh. It’s a simple business, really. We just like making coffee and seeing people head off to work with a hot cup in their hand.
