C-147 - Everest Organics Ltd.

Everest Organics is located at Plot 127 and 128 in Kavuri Hills. It’s part of the Amar Co-op Society in Madhapur. This area of Hyderabad has changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings, but we’ve stayed right here. It’s a busy spot. Our facility isn't one of those high-tech glass towers you see nearby. It’s a practical building meant for work. We deal with bulk drugs and different chemical intermediates. Most of the day is spent checking batches or handling the paperwork that comes with manufacturing. The staff is mostly local guys who have been here for a long time. We have a small break area where we eat lunch. Sometimes the smell of chemicals is a bit strong, but that's just the nature of the business. Parking can be a real headache around Kavuri Hills because of the narrow streets and all the construction, so most of us just find a spot wherever we can. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea in the main office. The building gets quite hot in the summer, so the fans are always on full blast. We just focus on getting the production numbers right and making sure the shipments go out on time. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby. We just work.
