Maarema Associates is located at MIG 162 in Balajinagar. If you know Kukatpally, you know Balajinagar is a pretty active area. Our place is one of those MIG houses that have been around for a long time. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We are an LLP, which means we work together as partners. It’s a small group of us. We spend most of our time just managing the things that come across our desks. There’s a lot of paper and digital files to keep track of. Balajinagar has a lot of energy, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay connected to what’s happening. We aren't big on corporate rules or formal dress codes. We just show up and get to work. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local spots around the corner. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been at MIG 162 for a bit now and it feels like home. We know the neighbors and the people who walk by every day to the market. It’s just a normal business doing its thing in a normal neighborhood. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just do the work we are supposed to do and try to keep things organized. That’s about all there is to it. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we just wipe the desks and keep going. It works for us.
