We are located on the second floor of Plot No 139 in Pvenclave, over in the Samatha Nagar area of Old Bowenpally. M S Bhargav Associates Designs Pvt Ltd is a place where we mostly focus on getting design work done for our clients. It’s not a huge studio, but we have enough space in Secunderabad to handle the projects that come in. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when you need to concentrate on sketches or technical layouts. We started this because we liked the idea of building things and seeing how designs come to life. There isn't a lot of corporate talk here. We just sit at our desks, work on the computers, and talk through ideas until they make sense. Sometimes we get stuck on a project, and other times things move really fast. That's just the nature of design work. We’ve been in Andhra Pradesh for a good while, and most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we did for someone else. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon. If a design works, it works. We try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the actual drawings and plans. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, but it’s a good spot for us. We just keep doing what we do, one project at a time, making sure every line on the drawing is exactly where it needs to be.
