M R Bhat Advisory Services LLP is located at 1 4 65/3, a place called Sampathi. We are on Street No.8 in Habsiguda. It’s a local neighborhood in Hyderabad. Our setup is pretty modest. We provide advisory services, which basically means we talk to people and help them with their problems. We aren't based in a big glass tower. Our office is just a regular building on a regular street. Habsiguda is a nice area with a lot of houses and small shops. We like it here because it’s not as chaotic as the main tech hubs. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets. That’s about it. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. If you call us, you’ll probably just talk to one of the partners directly. We handle the daily tasks ourselves. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon. It’s a relaxed environment, but we still get our work done. Being on Street No.8 makes it easy for locals to find us. We've been operating out of this Sampathi building for some time now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Street No. 8 is usually quiet except for the occasional delivery bike. We have an old clock on the wall that ticks a bit too loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. People sometimes stop by just to ask for directions because they get lost in the lane. We just do our work.
