Lumin Arka Foundation

Lumin Arka Foundation runs out of Flat No T3 in the Venkata Sai Complex. That’s at Plot No 82, Street No 14 in Alakapuri. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, 500035. We’re up on the third floor. The elevator works most of the time, which is good. It’s just a regular flat turned into a workspace. We’ve got desks and some chairs, and a lot of books and papers everywhere. We didn't really plan on starting something this big, but here we are. Alakapuri is a good place to be. We see the same neighbors every day. We aren't some big organization with branches everywhere. We’re just here in this one spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who come by. It’s not always organized perfectly. Sometimes we lose a pen or forget where we put a specific form. But the work gets done eventually. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We’re just people who live in Hyderabad and wanted to help out with things we saw around us. Street No 14 is usually crowded with cars, so parking can be a pain. But we like the energy of the area. We’re just doing our bit from T3. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes. We don't have any grand plans for world fame. We just want to stay useful here. It's a bit of a climb if the lift is broken, but we don't really mind the extra exercise much at all.
