Lims Hospital

Lims Hospital is up on the second floor of a building in Ward-11, over in Panjagutta. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking from the main road. The lift in the building is a bit slow and sometimes it gets stuck, so many people just end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise, I suppose. Our space is divided into a few different wards and treatment rooms. We keep things functional. There’s no fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. Just metal beds, clean sheets, and the equipment our doctors need. The nursing station is right in the center so they can see everyone. Panjagutta is a very central area, so we get people coming from all over the city. This means we stay busy around the clock. The night shift can be particularly quiet and then suddenly very hectic if an emergency comes in. We’ve got a small canteen downstairs where the staff goes to grab some coffee, though it’s not the best stuff you’ve ever tasted. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were here. It’s just a regular hospital doing its daily work in a crowded part of town. We try to keep things moving and get people back on their feet. There’s always a nurse on duty no matter the time.
